Charles is a family man, married to his best friend, Cheri. They have four grown children that are starting families of their own. They live in a beautiful home in Plymouth, Minnesota that they built with their own two hands.

A graduate of Dunwoody Technical Institute in 1997, Charles specialized in HVAC design. He became a building contractor in 1999 and has been building, remodeling, and flipping homes all over the metropolitan Minneapolis area. In 2008, Charles co-founded Kitchens Made Simple, a kitchen cabinet and full remodeling company. 

Charles is an Internachi Certified Home Inspector and Radon Specialist with over 25 years experience. He’s easy to talk to, professional, and reliable.​
